We ship to PO Boxes within the United States via USPS. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

International Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Backorders
If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items:
- In-stock items will ship immediately.
- Depending on supplier availability, backordered items may take up to 14 days to become available.
You'll receive an email with tracking details once backordered items are restocked and shipped.
Lost & Stolen Packages
If your order is marked “Delivered”, Skyn Alchemy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly to report the issue and request assistance locating your package or filing a claim.
